      People have high knowledge employees want to be a brilliant job People below Exco and Exco - 1 care and want to do a good job Flexibility People team are excellent but stretched beyond expectations Values that are new are lived by most but find they are poor from the top

      Poor leadership from the top Exco and exco -1 Lack of trust - no one believes what is said anymore Constant changes are making lost of people feel unsafe and uneasy bullying behaviours are experienced pay is poor as well as benefits in sales we are pushed far too much making life very uncomfortable and stressful Contributes to poor mental health Bullish people get rewarded Lack of career opportunities , people just get promoted with no process -

      Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry your experience here did not live up to your expectations. Our company has gone through a tremendous amount of change in the last two years and with those changes we saw, as was to be expected, some shifts in our company culture and modes of operation. Change is hard, we get that. We are thankful to be on the tail end of the changes and extremely proud to have earned our Great Place to Work recertification this past summer, as well as an extremely high eNPS score last month. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to incorporate it into our business practices so that we can continue to do better as we grow.
