Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry your experience here did not live up to your expectations. Our company has gone through a tremendous amount of change in the last two years and with those changes we saw, as was to be expected, some shifts in our company culture and modes of operation. Change is hard, we get that. We are thankful to be on the tail end of the changes and extremely proud to have earned our Great Place to Work recertification this past summer, as well as an extremely high eNPS score last month. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to incorporate it into our business practices so that we can continue to do better as we grow.
The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
