      Lovely CS employees, a good culture.

      Cons

      Recently have merged with a larger company who is instilling its archaic policy. Be ready to provide details on how you spend each and every minute of your working week. Micro managing is rife across product team.

      Great and very extensive training

      Cons

      An unfortunate toxic Sales culture cultivated by a middle management that consists of aggressive, individualistic salespeople who are not cut out for People Management or Leadership roles. Daily repeated beratings from my manager, 8:30-9:00 and 17:00-17:30 every day, regardless of results. Staff turnover in the team was close to 100% per year, with almost all the team leaving yet the manager remained.

      QA HE operates solely for sales

      Pros

      the wider company has lots of events and values but as a QAHE employee, you do not see this as you work as the university you represent.

      Cons

      international students are recruited but not adequately supported and staff are not valued. unclear policies and lack of training for staff. senior management do not care about the wellbeing of staff and treat you as replaceable
