Firstly, I am very sorry that you have felt let down by QA. It is personally really upsetting to read that QA did not live up to the values we stand by and your experience was not what you expected. Your comments about lack of opportunities and lies you were told are naturally troubling to me. I want to assure you that your review has not gone unnoticed, I have personally been following up with our recruitment team to understand what has led to the experience you have described here. This investigation has led to me making changes to our internal placement processes to make sure other graduates are being openly communicated with and understand the real-time detail of placements. Project start dates with clients can be impacted by a number of things including seasonality. I appreciate that much of this will not personally help you after the issues have occurred. However I am hugely grateful to you for notifying us of the issues so I am able to rectify it for other QA consultants. Thank you for taking the time to provide your review. It is clear from your 3 star rating and some of our other consultant reviews in the last few days that there is more to be done to ensure consultant satisfaction. As you will see from my comments to some of the other reviewers, I am working internally to address some of our procedures including our communications to graduates which I hope will address some of the issues you have experienced too.
