      Pros

      Training team are friendly. Beer fridge on Friday.

      Cons

      9 weeks unpaid training, only accessible if you have enough money already. I had many problems with my accommodation, such as a broken shower, which wasn’t fixed despite me chasing it up weekly. There is very little in the way of scheduling and communication, and the trainers are frequently messed out, disrupting trainees. The salary is far below any entree salary - as a university graduate, I am paid less at my client site than apprentices fresh out of college.

      Pros

      Events are good and frequent. Plenty of sociable staff to go out with. Things are being changed and ideas are listened to which is nice to see. Lots of opportunities for feedback. Lots of good experience on client site that would not be given if I didn't go through QA. I have had significant experience and learnt a lot here. Academy was fun and appreciated having accommodation whilst studying, some got bursaries which was helpful and was essential paid training.

      Cons

      Communication/queries can take a while to be processed but has significantly improved since I started.
