Pros

Super smart folks throughout the organisation, good products/services and brand, good chance to achieve if the support was there. Amazing and engaged customers

Cons

Absolutely the worst type of management in place at the time of my employment. Micro management, lack of any coherent vision, short termism, one upmanship, just about everything bad you could conceive. Felt like a "boiler room" at times and it was definitely not the right fit for me.

Pros

Some individual team members are nice

Cons

Management ignore issues in organisation in order to be able to do what they want Workload is incredibly high for no recognition, a low salary and a complete lack of respect from management Not worth working at if you’re not in senior management Senior management don’t seem capable of thinking through business initiatives before implementing them If they realise they aren’t paying roles highly enough, they don’t fix this unless it directly effects someone in senior management I’ve witnessed multiple counts of discrimination

Pros

You get some, allbeit outdated, training

Cons

Outdated training. Trainers aren't experienced, just recycled members of the academy. Job prospects are little, every interview seemed lacking and a waste of time. I had three interviews set up by QA and 0 offers. While I had three of my own interviews and three offers, take from that what you will. Pay is way below industry standard. Company seems to be full of useless middle management, they aren't a technology company at all they are a sales company. As a consultant you will be their product, and they don't treat their products well.

Thank you for taking your time to share your feedback with us and we are sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience with us. Our QAC training programme consists of 12 weeks free training in which it enables our learners the chance to upskill and at the end of this, every effort is made to place them in a role. As we are aware this isn't always possible and in order to reduce bench-time, we will only keep our consultants on the bench for 3 months to allow them to explore other opportunities. Our pay structure is also consistent and guaranteed for all, progression is dependent on the individual and their performance after training. With regards to our management teams, as with all our staff we are constantly upskilling and working alongside our managers to provide training to ensure as a team we are working to the highest level we can. Your feedback indicates there could be improvements made here and we'll work hard to address it however if you would like to discuss any of these points more, please email zoe.penfold@qa.com and we will be happy to follow this up with you.
