      Pros

      The training could be considered a benefit however even this was lackluster and impersonal

      Cons

      No promise of a job at the end of training - even after upskilling I did not get the chance at an interview with a single client. I was just left to rot on the bench with literally 0 interaction

      Really talented people Good working environment in the office

      Cons

      Terrible management who bully staff and can be very patronising. Terrible culture, expected to work extremely hard with no bonuses or promotions unless begged for, even then you are promised things which never deliver. Probation period was 3 months even in none senior roles, making it hard to leave. Secretive promotions and some employees treated differently to others. No flexibility Push for continuous improvement and individual growth but the management don't support this.
