The family like atmosphere. The product - forever evolving. Fantastic locations all around the UK. CEO actually cares about employee welfare.

Training culture cool Young environment First 4 weeks of training ok

Cons

No promised payrise even for top 10% No communication - 50% of emails never answered Training was nowhere near 12k worth - and you sign off your soul before finishing it

Lack of support/communication while on client site Poor career progression/development Underwhelming training experience Lack of professionalism 2 year contract with ridiculous pay back fee based on poor training program
