      Pros

      Without doubt it is the people plus the exponantial growth and resultant opportunities on offer. Although I am in my 65th year as a person and now 2nd as a QA employee, I feel an equal with and to others by the way I have been accepted as a regular employee and not a senior older person. I fell respected by my peers and superiors for my knowledge and ability and look forward to further working career highs with QA

      Training culture cool Young environment First 4 weeks of training ok

      Cons

      No promised payrise even for top 10% No communication - 50% of emails never answered Training was nowhere near 12k worth - and you sign off your soul before finishing it
