Pros
Without doubt it is the people plus the exponantial growth and resultant opportunities on offer. Although I am in my 65th year as a person and now 2nd as a QA employee, I feel an equal with and to others by the way I have been accepted as a regular employee and not a senior older person. I fell respected by my peers and superiors for my knowledge and ability and look forward to further working career highs with QA
