      Excellent training staff like Shafeeq who is extremely talented and has passion for teaching which shows through his teaching methods

      .I was assigned a buddy to help me settle in. He has been amazing in every way. . I put a lot of effort into the visual aspect of my courses, i feel i was given enough time to prep . Support & advice form the other trainers and Jo Saunders- mind blowing . TAP training!!!! (especially for a new trainer)

      Cons

      .Handover when changing line managers, as new manager may not be aware of trainers department plan and other issues. .Very long travel or expense process... very very very long .Unclear processes in terms of marking- Agile PM Foundation

      Fantastic interactions with colleagues, learners and line managers externally. Flexible working hours in managing your own time.

      Cons

      Admin can get quite demanding especially with backed up paperwork.
