      They taught me to code, that's it

      Months on the bench, training me in loads of different fields at once so they could just throw lots of different jobs at me, no support

      Pros

      Great people working at delivery level and teams and colleagues all very supportive of each other.

      Cons

      No pay increases, no financial compensations for working from home, sales staff overvalued by senior management, delivery/operational staff are not. Zero progression opportunities. Lots of talk and no action that has any positive impact on the people "doing the job" at the front line with learners. Sales staff have trips abroad, conferences with no expense spared. Delivery staff have to fight to even get a sandwich paid for at a face to face meeting once a year if they're lucky.
