Pros
Direct managers from certain teams were fantastic, incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Flexible working structure with hybrid arrangements. Opportunity to liaise with external stakeholders and build relationships.
Cons
Team dynamics weren't always great, specifically with the senior officers, They lacked the necessary knowledge and were unresponsive to numerous queries. Teams from other departments (sales, especially a certain region) could be quite petty and unprofessional at times, with a tendency to escalate small issues initially caused by their own team members unnecessarily. They cannot even send an email without making numerous spelling errors, or get their facts right.
