Pros

Great people working at delivery level and teams and colleagues all very supportive of each other.

Cons

No pay increases, no financial compensations for working from home, sales staff overvalued by senior management, delivery/operational staff are not. Zero progression opportunities. Lots of talk and no action that has any positive impact on the people "doing the job" at the front line with learners. Sales staff have trips abroad, conferences with no expense spared. Delivery staff have to fight to even get a sandwich paid for at a face to face meeting once a year if they're lucky.

Pros

The skills platform developed by the former Cloud Academy team was innovative and well-received by customers.

Cons

Since my voluntary departure, the company has proven to be unreliable and somewhat cagey. Under the terms of their articles of association and ISD, they had 12 months to repurchase my preferred shares. Nearly 18 months have passed, and they refuse to repurchase my shares or communicate any reasons for the delay. One might conclude that they are dealing with financial difficulties.
