Pros

Partnered with high profile clients. Great Academics

Cons

Please avoid this place as a plague. Management are dishonest. They will missell you the job. Application forms are forged..there is a reason why QA Higher Education was on Panorama. Panorama dont investigate for fun. There is a clear division of racisim. Communication is not clear managemnt have a tendency to lie and HR will cover the management. Bonus is not paid cut throat. Staff are under a lot of pressure to meet targets but no support is provided.

Pros

None!!! Do not join this company!

Cons

QA CONSULTING - disgusting behaviour towards employees and extremely unprofessional behaviour from management who you would expect to know the meaning of the word professionalism. This company does not offer support and do not make employees feel valued or appreciated! There is a complete gap between management and non management, typical them and us enviorenment! The most unpleasent work place i have ever been involved in!!

Pros

Training can offer you reasonable knowledge and will look good on your CV. Able to network with other graduates as there will be a lot of you.

Cons

Niche? No just want can bring in money. No real reliable salary as you are paid a base of £15k and a bonus of £40 per day. Why is this a problem? What happens when you fall ill? What happens when you take days for annual leave? What happens to public holidays? Oh that's right you don't get paid or you lose your bonus! Now if that's not a problem then that could mean you do not value your time, skills and ability as much as I do. Unpaid for the 3 months which tbh could have been overlooked if training was more tailored. Unless it is regarding money, do not expect a quick reply to emails once on-site(Working with client). No choice on where you will be based or what technology you will delve into which should have be mentioned before you even were offered an opportunity. Training quality begins to deteriorate after the 4 week decision period has ended. False information given about pay where you end up believing as a standard that by year 2 you will earn £28k which isn't the case and it will be based on various "criteria" first. You could easily end up at a client site and not end up doing what you were trained to do. Very unstructured and lazy. No help with finances for example HAVING TO FIND YOUR OWN ACCOMODATION AFTER HAVING NO MONEY FOR 3 MONTHS!
