      Pros

      Excellent learning/work environment. Very helpful trainers and staff. As an employee of QA, you have access to all of the course material, allowing you to improve and learn beyond your job scope. Consistent support from day 1 of training, which continues in to deployment. Front door is next to a tram stop, so great accessibility for commuters.

      Cons

      Each topic can ramp up in difficulty fairly quickly, so there may be a extra focus on self studying from home if the trainee is struggling

      Well where do you start from after being on panorama University of Roehampton have decided to fall out of partnership with qa. From next year summer 2019 they will be no intake and it’s not good looking for us sales people as we may not have a job. Huge turn around of staff. HR do not support you at all. Raises concerns quite a few times but it always seems the HR advisor lies. Alcohol is being stored in the offices. Management have no clue admissions are always making mistakes with application forms. Don’t get fooled by their titles they are nothing but cons. Racist organisation

      I sat and went through this review with one of the senior Directors in the QA Higher Education division. I was in the room with him when he read it for the 1st time and watched as his face fell in shock. He was shaken up by reading it and was in disbelief regarding some of the points raised. The strength of his reaction convinced me what I already knew, your experience is not a reflection of what the QAHE business stands for. However, you clearly felt compelled to write this review and have some worrying concerns that you have flagged to us here. The management team are all very clear that any examples of racism/sexism/inequality will not be tolerated.       I love working for a business that is so hungry for growth and supports personal development

      Pros

      + my manager - the most supportive person I have ever had the privilege to work for + career progression - I am given opportunities to get involved in all sorts of different projects +helpful feedback - I am given the critique I need to help me grow and improve +the people - there are some such lovely a friendly people at QA

      Cons

      Inconsistency - I know not every manager is as good as mine and so not everyone gets to have the same rewarding experience. I think that the issue is more obvious now that the business is bigger
