      Pros

      You can coast by and do the absolute bare minimum if you're adept at office politics shenanigans.

      Cons

      You will be underpaid and will never get a raise or a promotion or recognition for any of your hard work. They will use you up and grind you down and burn you out until there's nothing left, and you'll get nothing for it. They don't care about your mental health here, only their bottom line. Technical leadership here is awful. Absolutely awful. No courage to do what's right or make the hard decisions necessary to move the company forward.
