Wonderful people work there, excluding management.

Cons

The worst company to work for.....Since the merge(s), upper management has no idea what is happening in the trenches. Employees are so over-worked doing jobs that they are not trained for since so many people have left the company so everyone is doing 3 or 4 jobs at one time with no training or experience. Terrible pay, benefits and morale is at an all time low.

Met a few great people. You can get away with doing as little work as possible. Great work parties with delicious food! Discussion sessions about shows, boyfriends, and who hooked up with who in the office were fun and happened almost every morning. You're off the hook with a simple "I'm busy" excuse. This company is CLEARLY doing something right because the money is still flowing in...

Cons

A ton. Unprofessional. Lazy culture that stems from upper management. Absolutely no accountability - you can get away with not working, no consequences, nothing. Lack of creativity and critical thinking skills - people are just stupid...or lazy. You have set up managers and other departments who have no college or high school degrees and have no clue what they're doing. The people who mess around outnumber the diligent, hard-working folks so there is a huge divide. HR is a joke. The managers are a joke. They dont help at all. The CEO is only good for eye candy to alot of the women in that company who suddenly become raging horny cats in heat whenever he comes over to the office for a town hall. Overall, just a poorly managed company.

Potential is promising. Tough 2 years in start-up, disconnected leadership with a struggling identity, employee engagement at an all-time result, and parent involvement increasing to drive cost improvements at the worst time.....

Poor undefined culture, all talk and no action from leadership, false promises, disappearing bonus, poor benefit structure that placed rising cost on employees
