Bureaucratic partner driven culture.no policy or processes 5. Stops employees to leave clients place Even during natural calamities such as cyclones or earthquakes. 0 empathy 6. Primitive in attitude. Withhold last 2 months salary for employees resigning in middle of month 7. Managers Dont clear employee claims till clients pay..can take upto 3 months 8. Pros

The only advantage what I could understand is that it carries a brand value (the name is similar to the parent company).

Cons

I have worked in PwC Kolkata , Advisory SBU. This was not even close to what I have expected working in a so called Big4 firm. If you are a software developer, who plans to join here , please think twice before joining. As a software developer you get to: 1. work as if there is no tomorrow. which basically means work would be assigned to you along with deadlines that you have to work 28 hours a day to meet. 2. witness what is called a panic situation, almost throughout the year 3. forget that you have a family 4. understand that if you cannot speak very good bengali (with your bosses) , you are a worthless fool.
