      A good atmosphere to work in, and great people.

      Cons

      Monotonous and repetitive at times. 'Referral' targets are banal and meaningless and although are most likely intended to give your work a sense of progress and to quantify it, it isn't much of an incentive.

      Terrible atmosphere, people are miserable, no one communicates. Only half hour lunches
