      A good atmosphere to work in, and great people.

      Cons

      Monotonous and repetitive at times. 'Referral' targets are banal and meaningless and although are most likely intended to give your work a sense of progress and to quantify it, it isn't much of an incentive.

      Pros

      The only “good” thing is the small percentage of new equipment and that some gyms are 24 hours.

      Cons

      Management is unfair, cutting hours and expecting a single worker to handle the entire gym. Incredible staff are undervalued, while third-party cleaners and side services pretend to solve problems they don’t. Members are chaotic, shifts are impossible, and yet leadership refuses to hire properly. Think smarter, not cheaper.
