We shall ensure that your feedback is heard by the right people, in the aim of improving our support for team members.
We aim to support rewarding careers for everyone however we acknowledge that cleaning is not always an aspect of the job role which is enjoyable, but must maintain the standards PureGym pride ourselves in, for our members. We do consider the rent charged for Personal Trainers carefully, but can appreciate this can be challenging, especially as you are establishing a PT business within the club.
