If you like a poisonous and bullying work environment then join this company.

Cons

Bullying, Threatening, Aggressive management. Run like a military operation by a set of hard nosed middle managers with little man/ women syndrome. Constantly putting people on disaplinary proceeding for minor issues.

Significant change in outlook from senior UK management team, looking to improve the position of the company in a challenging market. Local teams have high level of knowledge and driven to succeed against challenging targets. Very stable employer, with considerable influence in a number of growing markets

Due the challenges mentioned, head count is a key driver for the company, which tends to leave it a little lean on numbers. Wage structure and pay awards limited due to overheads and sometimes can make the company, unfairly, less attractive to other similar sized companies.
