The 401k match was amazing, and new hire programs were beneficial for most

Cons

Long hours, bad management (at least mine was). Lots of sexism and homophobia. Heard a coworker talking about the 'broads' that worked there, and when the LGBT resource group was introduced, a comment basically saying gay people were pedophiles was the first an only on the company Yammer. No raises over 2 years during Covid, and the type where nobody is allowed to get a 5 on a performance review.
