Managment is extremely flexible with needs (picking up kids from school, doc appointments, etc), able to work collaboratively with large teams across job functions, pay is the best I've ever had, lots of opportunities to grow, recession proof industry

Cons

If you aren't a self starter and a problem solver you won't make it. You have to be proactive to get all the training you need. You won't just drift into success here, it is a meritocracy.
