You need to learn how to manage your time, the company can be very demanding.

Exposure is rich. Great international mobility.

Cons

Do not take care of their staffs and is slow in work processes, especially at HQ. Staff turnover rate is at its extreme, too high and too low. People leaving at less than a year is plenty, and so are ppl who have worked for over 20 years.

Pros

Excellent cost control is Prysmian's key to competitive positioning among other manufacturers of fiber optic cable. They are really professional at managing costs yet still getting the job done.

Cons

During slow growth periods of the telcos and CATV MSOs, Prysmian is prone to layoff lower level employees.
