      Pros

      Very enjoyable work place as well as very nice co-workers. There is also a very strong team spirit inside the company. Company offers many training programs.

      Cons

      There are no flexible work hours. Health benefits are very average to low. Over time is not paid, and no flex time system in place.

      Pros

      No. 1 company in the world in cable manufacturing business. Depends on what you are working as you could get a really cool project. Depends on what is your role, you could get a chance to travel for work abroad.

      Cons

      You don't get equal treatment inside the company, you get paid basically based on where you are from. Some people in a lower position than me are earning more than me just because they are from 'expensive' countries. Until the company fix this issue, I don't think I am happy working here.
