Pros

The North American entity - as with the global organization - is fixated on growth: capital, investment, M&A, market share and HUMAN CAPITAL. The results of the Prysmian model are extremely positive, driven by stakeholders & shareholders alike, creating an environment where opportunities are boundless. This is especially true of the "Prysmian Graduate Program" where the organization is recruiting directly from Universities highly skilled men & women that are eager to solve business challenges and are commercially driven, possessing a global mind.

Cons

Despite its global size, Prysmian remains a lean organization. Employees must have skills and drive to succeed in the Prysmian culture. It is not a place for dead weight and those that have few skills or drive.

Not your typical company

Pros

Prysmian isn't a company for those who want to work the standard 40 hours per week, but it is definitely a company for those who want to face challenges, overcome obstacles and put themselves to the test. You can make your career what you want it to be, but you must be willing to work hard.

Cons

The company changes constantly and the lack of written rules and procedures can be difficult to handle until you get to know people.
