Global Company and Opportunity to work in different countries and learn about different markets.

Cons

Below average pay and no bonus or gain share if you're hired as full time white collar. Plant locations are not very attractive in general to start a family or if you wish to live close to a big city. Flat organization, there's not a lot of promotions available within the company.
