Pros

Good pay with 12 hour shifts that lead to more days off.

Cons

Hard workers get hounded endlessly while those with a poor work ethic get to do what they want to do or what they don’t want to do all day everyday.

Pros

Strong brand with well-known customers and technically solid products. Opportunity to work with large, complex projects in an international environment. Many colleagues at operational level are professional and committed.

Cons

The way employees are treated after disclosing pregnancy is deeply concerning. After informing management and HR about my pregnancy, the tone and behavior changed immediately. I was met with pressure, exclusion, and disrespect rather than support. Decisions affecting my role and employment were discussed informally, without documentation, and later misrepresented internally. Being treated as disposable once you are pregnant — spoken to without dignity, subjected to shifting narratives, and pressured through informal channels — is unacceptable in a modern company. Employment law, equality obligations, and basic human decency were not followed in practice. This creates a culture where women — especially pregnant women — are treated as a problem to be managed away, rather than as employees with rights and professional credibility.

Pros

Steady paycheck sure Easy / Steady Work This is not Prysmian as a whole, but one location in general, as Prysmian is a great company to be employeed by.

Cons

The management team here has seemed to lost all sense of understanding “career growth” and consistently over works their production team on the floor. I desperately want this place to be the best it can possibly be, however I don’t see this happening on a sinking ship. 12 hour shifts are demolishing their employees personal lives and making everyone feel like garbage. No one on the “company” side of things listens to their employees when it comes to getting things done the way it should be, instead its “my way or you get written up” rather than “how can we figure out the best course of action?”
