Great company to do lateral moves, global company and good compensation, big on the use of tech and management giving you the resource needed to succeed

Cons

Dont take care of customer , Management is all about hitting metrics at all cost and not want to hear anything else but the numbers

Both management and employees are committed people Quality products Relations with line managers based on honesty and fairness Good work is recognized and rewarded

Cons

Need a link with HQ in Milan in order to progress out of local site. Local managers or HR people have little influence or willingness to promote good people, because they know they would lose good people. International mobility is limited to people that are already quite high up.
