Pros

Granted good advancement opportunities in short amounts of time.

Cons

High staff turnover due to varying levels of demand, making agency staff feel incredibly insecure in their job. Full time staff suffer because of the turnover; they are asked to constantly train new people. Target manufacturing times in Connectivity are harsh and unforgiving, leading to RSI injuries and such. Lots of bureaucracy present in decision making processes which leads to things not getting done correctly, or laziness. Good health and safety particularly lacking in areas however it's difficult to manage as the topic of cost always comes up and therefore good ideas can be dismissed without further thought. Managers are praised based on a ends justify the means basis. As long as numbers and profits are up, mistreatment of employees is accepted. If production records are broken, the week that record is the new standard. Despite advocating for lower targets in order to protect the health of the employees making the products, this was not listened to because management got lost in the high numbers.
