Discounted food for your horse or sheep. You get to work in a nice quiet place, miles from the rest of humanity.
Cons
Unsophisticated staff at all levels. This is a typical lower division agricultural company who struggle to fund upgrades to infrastructure and can't attract suitably qualified personnel. A vicious circle which no doubt explains the poor financial performance, particularly in the UK. Intereference from Dutch HQ personnel is intolerable. Most of these guys are arrogant and adopt the "we said it, now make it so" approach to management. If you have aspirations to work in a progressive, consultative and profitable environment, Provimi is best avoided.
