Pros

None i can think of!

Cons

Since current CEO took over, he sold us out to Prov. Prov likes you to do the work of 5 people. Our benefits have drastically went down the tubes, benefits and moral. I have seriously injured myself on the job twice in 5 yrs, resulting in extensive recoveries. Had to hire a lawyer, because employer would not back me! After 10 yrs!! In 9 yrs, we have been through 8 managers! Providence not only puts their employees at risk, but also patient safety! Benefits are not good, employees over worked and patient safety jeopardized. Employees do not get proper breaks and are overworked. Resigning from my position was the best move! I will never work for another Providence owned company again! They only care about the bottom dollar, not patients or employees. Isn't healthcare suppose to be focused around caring for patients? Isn't this WHY we are in the healthcare field?
