Pros

Dedicated caregivers committed to mission, vision, and values

Cons

Highly visible preferential treatment; accountability only applies to low level employees, not managers and senior leaders; an historic and proud provider of services to its community now eviscerated by a corporate culture that aggrandizes growth for its own sake; separated employees who re-apply are persona non grata

Pros

Not a lot of pros at this time

Cons

Lack of collaboration at leadership level has caused chaotic project management. Company is losing values and culture is suffering.

Pros

Nice people, strong mission messaging, Pretty buildings.

Cons

Invisible leadership, reactionary problem solving, stewardship on the backs of its caregivers, too many long term employees with no new ideas, echo chamber constantly congratulating themselves. HR practices borders malpractice. Employee survey gets looked at once a year. Overly emotional empathy does not equal best practice.
