Pros

The health insurance is great and has lots of mental health benefits. Managers and up has unlimited leader time off aka unlimited PTO (within reason)

Cons

There are too many layoffs such as IT, Finance, Talent Acquisition. All of that is outsourced to India and the Philippines. When working with this organization, you will receive zero HR support.

Pros

Decent pay, flexible schedule, solid benefits

Cons

Leadership - if you're not on their good side, you're treated like absolute trash regardless of your work ethic and quality of work. You will be micromanaged and regularly threatened when the director is in a bad mood.

Pros

Most of the people who work there are really great.

Cons

Annual layoffs. IT and other support jobs are moving to India. Leadership politics gets in the way of the mission. High stress work environment.
