Pros

I receive my paycheck in a timely manner.

Cons

Corporate management is so out of touch with what is happening at each ministry. Five states each with their own laws and regs. You can't have one size fits all policy.

Pros

Good culture Amazing people to meet

Cons

- Highly unreliable and unfair management practices - No proper definition of job role and unfair practices in changing job roles to avoid giving proper compensation - Weak leadership hierarchy. Every level of manager works only for the next upper level. No definition of goals, roadmaps and a HUGE lack of transparency in the hierarchy. - No intent to hire better talent. For the amount of money this company has, it definitely doesn't know where to put it. Hiring average talent year on year leading to stagnancy of growth.

Pros

Great entry level experience with EPIC Nice, caring people to work with Some jobs are remote

Cons

Senior leadership bases hiring decisions on charisma and age rather than experience and merit. Low pay. They say that the benefits you receive make up for the lack of pay, but they don't. They pretend to care about diversity, equity, and inclusion, but are not willing to put their money where their mouth is. They expect POC caregivers to educate instead of finding a professional. Raises are only a few cents a year. Sometimes they will do a "market review" and you'll get a few cents more. If you're a capable employee, they will take advantage. You will end up picking up the slack for employees who don't pull their weight.
