Pros

Amazing Individuals to work with who are passionate at what they do. My boss is Amazing and I couldn't be happier. I love that they are committed to their Values. It is also a great work/life balance. I get to work remote and be closer to my newborn. There are many mothers/parents. There are women in high positions and a diverse work force. It's like a melting pot of great minds. The benefits are the best I've seen on the market in comparison to even some of the larger companies. The new CEO seems very approachable. But the best part is I get to do what I love, MARKETING!

Cons

There is absolutely no cons I can think of.

Pros

COVID WFH Means nobody has to go into the office. A lot of money saved on the cost of gas and lunch.

Cons

There are more bosses than workers and an endless cycle of meetings about nothing. This means you waste a lot of time meeting about doing work instead of doing actual work.

Pros

pay and benefits (4% safe harbor election with no match required from the employee).

Cons

This could have been a great professional experience, but the organization, as a whole, has become more profit-driven. That would be ok, but the software/technology infrastructure is based on the agile minimum viable product approach and there are so many issues just trying to get information from the system and doing reporting/analysis. Nothing is stable and it's constantly changing without ever really fixing the underlying data issues.
