Cons

I used to work here, I left for a more senior opportunity. They reached out to me to try to get me to come back, telling me they would create a new role just for me. Cut to over three months later, constant conversations, constantly being told to be patient, seemingly being transparent and keeping me in the loop, the entire time. Only to be told they hired someone else.

Remote work, pay, and recognizable brand to work for. Plus a bonus structure and performance raises.

Cons

Lack of structure in ways of working Chaotic ways for teams to communicate HR lacks transparency and likes to sugar coat survey results and find the silver lining to frame everything as progress. Work life balance is ok but leaders have a tendency of messaging on days off or emergency situations demanding urgent responses, There is a bias for tailoring every meeting around east coast time zone even though we are now a global company. Career growth is limited cross functionally and promotions are given sparingly,
