Pros

The business has possibilities. The salesmen works really hard to generate sales. In technology, you can come and play with AWS technology (But don't plan to learn about how to build a product)

Cons

Leadership has brought in new CTO and let him loose. The CTO disparage the current people and technology to support his plans of a rewrite. A lot of knowledge lost when PMs and Engineers who care about the product left. The CTO has been doing a rewrite for the past few companies he has been in and then leaving with his crew. It's not too far fetch to believe that he would do it again with Produce Pay. They are like parasites who leave after sucking their host dry. However, this is really a failure of the current leadership rather than the incoming CTO.

Produce Pay Response

Dear Former Employee, Thank you for your feedback, your comments are very helpful and important to our continued improvement. Your generous acknowledgment of our Sales Team is truly appreciated. One of our core company values is transparency, we believe that the things we do, and why we do them, should be clear and easy to see. That said, leadership at ProducePay truly understands that new personnel can impact existing employees. Disruption and rapid change are often part of the experience when a new leader steps in and takes over an established team. We are proud of our CTO as he drives a critical technology innovation as we strive to redefine the produce industry. In his first 90 days, our new CTO changed team structures, reoriented critical projects, changed reporting lines, and challenged established culture, policies, and procedures. We believe all new leaders bring important new skills and perspectives and are hired to generate positive change in an organization. We know the existing ProducePay culture is creating an imprint on our new CTO, and are confident he is shaping our future culture for the best. I would also like to clearly state our company’s approach to open dialogue with our employees. At ProducePay, we have multiple forums for employee feedback, including employee engagement surveys and an open-door policy with our HR team. All of our C-suite prides itself on being accessible via the medium most comfortable for employees (whether it be email, slack, or 1:1’s). We take feedback seriously and value the perspectives of all employees. Maria Ekizian, Dir. of HR and Recruiting ProducePay Inc.

Pros

If it is not sales it might be ok were you get a salary and they can't Still your accounts

Cons

Nothing good on the sales end . Pressure you to sale then let you go as soon as you bring them clients. Greedy as all hell and hire a ton of administers that live off the residuals of the Salesforce. Once you bring them clients they'll let you go and live off your residuals. There were seven sales person when I started none of them are still there in less than a year.

Pros

- Competitive pay - Product that is helping

Cons

- Across management is an opinion that "our way is the right way. do it our way. we don't care about your opinion" - Tight deadlines and PRs that will be nit picked for days - Points of view are not respected or listened to. Atmosphere is more toxic than bigger tech firms - you're better to work there for the prestige
