Pros

I will start off by saying that the founder of the company is passionate and knowledgeable and brings a unique product/service to the industry. To this day I’m still recommending ProducePay to my network of grower/shipper/importers whom I think could benefit from ProducePays innovative method to increase cash flow.

Cons

My direct supervisor was dismissive and lazy. I didn’t feel I could rely on him to train me correctly or give me direction when I encountered a road block in the sales cycle. He wasn’t encouraging, only harping on the negative. It was major turn-off. Because of this, I didn’t feel like putting my book of business that I built up over 12 years in the industry in jeopardy by ruining my reputation in being associated with that person. I had no choice but to leave.

Pros

Ok base pay. Friendly CEO and people I met that were unfairly let go. Now we know what it feels to be poorly treated and we're all extra thankful for our new jobs where we are appreciated financially and treated with respect.

Cons

Sales Management gives harsh criticsm to the point where people have cried. Extremely high turnover. Leads get stolen for no reason. Unfair expectations; sales force got blamed for poor performance when it was obviously management's poor performance. No work/life balance, one of the worst jobs when it comes to flexibility and I've waited tables.
