Pros

Friendly staff, some of whom have been working for Pro a long time and have a good knowledge of the company. The office culture is friendly and relatively laid back. Benefits excl. salary are decent.

Cons

Pro's strategy is to chase any work for a price so low it barely seems to make it worth it. Senior management makes strange decisions without consulting SME's in the company. The company fails to make a profit year on year despite constant shifting internals. Departments outside of revenue earning areas see little to no investment and are often treated as burdens, and revenue earning departments have high turnover as staff gain the qualifications at Pro to move to somewhere more deserving of their skills.

Flexible hours, ability to buy and sell holiday, work nights out, sports and social events, open plan & relaxed working environment

Cons

Progression limited, money isn't great, worked there for a number of years and never made it past £20k. Empty promises in terms of career paths and progression, promised clients that never came.
