Competitive pay, good benefits, company values, community focused, really want to improve the healthcare landscape, strong financial growth

Cons

Does not seem to be much opportunity for promotion and growth. Career is plateauing here. Leadership seems to lack direction and focus, and seems concerned about self-promotion. Tends to be a culture of fear.

they are Cap Gemini in disguised. No orientation, no standardized tools, very catty leadership, gossip at all levels. Expect a 90 hour work week, no work life balance.
