      Pros

      Pirelli is a company where your job title is often just a suggestion meaning you have a wide range of responsibilities which is great for someone who is just beginning their professional career. Depending on your department you can have some interesting perks if you are interested in the automotive industry.

      Cons

      The corporate culture is one that is very political. You will suffer if you don't speak Italian and if you are not Italian you will only move up so far. Management insists that they are going to "Americanize" the US operations but it never seems to actually happen. It is extremely difficult to get a promotion and many people leave after 2-3 years to seek a promotion elsewhere.

      - Very competent people - A lot of daily challenges - A good mix between stretched activities and welfare opportunities

      Cons

      Not easy to work at Milan if you are not strong in your skills or your personal approach is inconsistent.
