      - Result orientated firm with a dynamic working environment, always focused on challenging goals - A place to grow if you dedicate sufficient efforts and able to show your talents - Company invests in its stuff; regular trainings - Not crazy about frugality in HR - Nicely connected to motorsport and premium car producers

      Cons

      - a little too pace-setting - high top management turnover (sometimes crazy high) - radical remuneration and position revision usually upon your resignation letter / new job on hand - too short-term oriented, both on a company (e.g. cost-savings whatever it takes to please the investors) and seniour management level (careerism and hypocrisy flourish) - compensation and work-life balance depending on your position (can be both good or bad) -
