      High structured company. Good Welfare. Good Entry level salary. Investments on training courses.

      High Job rotation. Low Team building culture. Performance Management Process not very clear. No info about your potential working future in the company.

      Well let’s see, Office is in a nice location on the rare occasions you can get out to lunch.

      Cons

      The mass exodus of experienced American nationals that have left in the past 30 months is astonishing. We are not talking about entry level entry level position here, SVP’s, VP’s, Directors and Executive Managers. Some of which were part of the United Stated Holding Company and Company officers. The experience level of replacement ex-pat Italians and non tire industry personnel makes us a very inexperienced company.
