      Pros

      Many opportunities to grow due to high turn over, but people that work hard and show results can get visibility. Good benefits (medical assitance in situs, canteen...). Beign at the HQ, good overview on the business. Nice team.

      Cons

      Workaholics around can make you feel underperforming. High probability of "political" escenarios: people can block / sponsor you according to their preferences.

      Pros

      High valued name, gives opportunity to access events, media, traveling a lot. Impressive research and testing for new products, good learning and excellent for undergraduate entry employees with technical degrees to get first-class Process, R&D and Tech experience.

      Cons

      Very Political, lack of structure for HR development or transparent Career plans for employees. Centrally there is a good training scheme for each job area but at the end the local sites manages what to implement on site, so local people don't get quality training.
