Pros

it's a multinational company with a lot of opportunities for your carrier development, present in more than 40 countries, different products platform (motorcycles tires - off the road tires) , important and recognized brand in this segment, specialized in high performance product niche.

Cons

very complex organizational structure, in the last period important lack of constructive leadership, in the last 3 years the short term results has driven the company generating a conflict regarding to long term strategic plan. The power and decisions very centralized in 1 person.

Pros

Pirelli has everything to gain and little to lose in the Mexican market from the new tire manufacturing plant that gives a paramount market position in North America, and have a commercial presence in Canada - United States and Mexico, and to export all over the world

Cons

Pirelli has a single detail and this is having a very small dealer network itself that is developing very slowly, in addition to its trade policy has major obstacles for small and independent dealers deseancrecer and invest with the company since this requires them too without making a market study of each of its customers putting them at a disadvantage with multibrand Your marketing policy is a good project but poorly developed and implemented by the same department that does not have the information and product for their campaigns each time point of sale

Pros

It's a good company to start working for, in the early stage of your career, whichever it might me. They have nice benefits and a pretty comprehensive insurance package.

Cons

Almost no training will be provided on the job. Initial salary package could be nice if properly negotiated and depending on their need to fill that position. If you don't go along with your boss, no matter if you're right or not, you'll be out rather quickly.
