      Unfair holiday pay, Favoritism, Disregard for employees safety.

      Pros

      None since about 2008. When plant was placed in hands of present management, these slugs took everything good away.

      Cons

      Employer does not pay holidays fairly, ends up short changing employee if they work overtime. No chance for advancement if you are not in the clique. Management never sticks to safety procedures or shows concern until something bad happens. Employer then searches for way to blame employee. Very cut-throat company!
