friendly, family-like environment without the toxicity, understanding and supportive management, very laid-back environment (except when it gets busy of course), plenty of parking, customers are usually pretty good, one of the best coffee shops I've worked at because of their culture tbh. People tend to hangout outside of work to go on hikes, etc and even has a knitting club on Mondays

Cons

when it's busy it's swamped and (very) chaotic like any other job, very loud. Customer service job so it can still be tiring connecting with customers. Not sure if this is a con but the most hours you can work at full-time is around 33 hrs/wk.
